The Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Finance and Corporate Services is aligned with the Section 151 Officer, responsible for Finance, 5 Councils and Leisure Contracts, performance management, elections and democratic services. They also have responsibility for Audit and Civic Quarter Regeneration.
