Those present were welcomed and introductions were made around the table.

The applicant confirmed he had no objections to any member of the Panel, and that he had received a copy of the Licensing Officer’s Report. 

Members of the Panel had no prior knowledge of the Applicant.

Cllr Butler was elected as Chairman of the Panel.

There were none.

The Licensing Officer summarised the case, and confirmed that it was for the Panel to determine what action was appropriate based on the information heard.  The decision would not impact the Policy or any future decisions made, which would all be taken on their own merit.

The Panel retired at 10:25 and reconvened at 10:41.

The Chairman read out the Decision Notice, in which it was noted that the application had been granted.
